Retirement and Profit Sharing

In addition to the best-in-class 100% family paid health insurance, AE2S also offers a retirement and profit sharing program. AE2S will match 100% of the first 3% of an employee's contributions to the retirement program and 50% of the next 2%, for a total match of 4% of a 5% employee contribution. Given AE2S's success, additional discretionary profit sharing contributions of up to 6% have been made to eligible employees at year end. This results in a total of a 10% annual investment by the company!
