Key Project Elements
  • Project Management Plan
  • Stormwater Modeling
  • Construction Administration
  • Artist Led Design Process

Comprehensive Project Support

In the early design phases, AE2S assisted The Fargo Project to acquire a grant from the North Dakota Outdoor Heritage Fund. As the project progressed, AE2S provided project management to help coordinate the diverse stakeholders and aspects of this unique design through weekly meetings, the creation of a project management plan, and continuous involvement with community outreach.

AE2S also completed structural components of the design, stormwater modeling, construction administration services, and QA/QC for design elements.

Innovative Collaboration

AE2S isn’t afraid to take on projects that require out-of-the box thinking. The design in this project was unique in that an artist led the design process. However, AE2S didn’t miss a beat in coming on board and guiding the project from the preliminary design phase that it had been in for several years to breaking ground for construction within 6 months.
