Once you have found a job that matches your skills and aspirations, click on 'Apply' on the bottom of that job opening.
If you do not find a job fit today and would like to receive an email when a position that matches your search criteria opens, you can create a 'Job Agent.' A Job Agent is designed to email you directly when a position is available that meets search criteria you selected. In addition, you can submit your resume to be placed in our database for future openings.
Upon completion of your application, your resume is filed directly to the position folder and a recruiter will review it in a timely fashion. If you are selected for an interview, a recruiter will contact you directly to have you complete an online application, as well as set up a time to meet directly with us. If your background doesn't meet the specific requirements of the role, your resume will be kept on file for future consideration.

Yes, we perform background checks on all new hires before their start date. A typical background check will search national and county criminal records, as well as run a social security trace.
Yes, we perform pre-employment drug testing on all new hires before their start date. In addition, we conduct random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing.

We typically begin our summer internship and co-op recruitment in February and March. These spots tend to fill quickly due to our unique project opportunities. Generally, our intern spots are filled by the end of March/beginning of April; however, there are opportunities that continue to arise so you are strongly encouraged to submit your resume even outside of this timeframe.
