The September 2018 issue of Prairie Business names and honors the 50 Best Places to Work in the northern Plains and AE2S is featured again this year.

Employees of the businesses on the list nominate organizations by submitting anonymous employee-satisfaction surveys, and Prairie Business uses the survey results to select the 50 Best. The magazine received more than 1,300 nominations from employees from around the region, according to Tom Dennis, Prairie Business Editor.

“As organizations, the 50 Best Places to Work range in size from small businesses with a dozen or so employees, to national companies that are doing business in 48 states,” Dennis explains. “But they all have one thing in common: a workplace culture that inspires loyalty and enthusiasm among employees. We can all learn from the benefits, pay practices, management styles and other factors that set these successful cultures apart.”

“AE2S has striven since its beginning to be a great place to work. Earlier this year we became employee-owned by adopting an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).  The ESOP coupled with generous benefits and challenging work opportunities has led to high employee satisfaction ratings. I’m proud AE2S was nominated again this year by our employees and was named in the top 50,” says Steve Burian, AE2S CEO.

The entire list of the 50 Best winners can be viewed at the Prairie Business website.
