
KRISTEN LOTVEDT JOINS AE2S

AE2S (Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc.) has hired Kristen Lotvedt as a Design Engineer in its Grand Forks office. Originally from Hatton, ND, Kristen grew up in a family of civil contractors, providing her unique insight into the construction process. Kristen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University.
Prior to joining AE2S, Kristen was Civil Engineer for Leo A Daly in Omaha, NE where she worked on projects such as the Fort Carson Military Hospital in Fort Carson, CO, the Armed Forces Readiness Center in Beatrice, NE, and Air Traffic Control Towers in Palm Springs and Oakland, CA. Prior work experience includes design for the Harmon Place Condominiums which are part of the City Center project in Las Vegas, NV, as well as working for the National Ecological Observatory Network (NEON) designing environmental test stations throughout the US. The NEON stations were required to have no effect on the surrounding natural habitat or environment.
At AE2S, Kristen will provide civil engineering services, including site and infrastructure design. She will be initially working on the addition to the University of North Dakota Education Building and the Langdon, ND 15th Street Reconstruction project.
