The City of Larimore selected AE2S to complete a city-wide Infrastructure Master Plan. The project included studying the infrastructure needs of the City and prioritizing future improvement projects. As a part of the study, an aerial photogrammetry control survey was done and data collected to complete plat, utility, zoning, and topographic maps. AE2S was retained to perform an in-depth stormwater management plan as well as an extensive analysis of site earthwork quantities for an initial area of the Urban Plains development in Fargo, ND. HydroCAD and XP-SWMM models were set up to replicated existing/proposed topography, soils, anad land use. A detailed topographic survey was conducted to assess site earthowrk quantities and ground elevations. This data was used to create digital topographic models of the existing and proposed surfaces.
